Warm up

10 Air Squats
10 pushups
10 Walking Lunges into Sampson Stretch
shoulder mobility with a band

50lbs strict press PR 36:30 METCON 45lbs up the ladder 40lbs down the ladder last 10-5 at 35lbs RX ring push ups all rounds!

What in the HELL is up with this one. I would like to play "Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes" with my son but after completeing this one on Monday - today we can only place the "....Knees and Toes" game because I can't lift my arms up. Well I probably can - but its not worth the pain. I have dug a "special place" for whoever designed this WOD. ;-)

23:47 I tried to do it at RX and got through the first two rounds -not so much. Scaled to 45. Sigh...
