The box isn't dirty but we are still "Cleaning"


Warm Up:
Burgener Warm up
10x pass through with pvc
10x ohs with pvc
10x med ball cleans. 
hip and shoulder mobility as needed. 
Roll out!

WOD:
7 rounds for time 
10x power cleans
10x box jumps 
10x burpees 

rx: 155/115
      24/20
b: 135/95
    20/16
c: 95/65
    16/12

22:42 @135, 24" box. 5 rounds.

Tried to RX it, but couldn't even clean 155 three times!

Hands were fine, oddly my quads were smoked. Damn you thrusters from yesterday!!
